UMANG ENTERPRISE offers services including but not limited to electrical installation, solar solutions, EPC contracting, construction, printing, agricultural goods, medical supplies, home décor, and furniture. All services are subject to availability, feasibility, and formal agreement or quotation.
3. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are subject to change based on market rates, material availability, and project scope. Quotations provided are valid for a limited period and may vary due to taxes, transportation, or other regulatory charges.
4. Payments
Payment terms are based on mutual agreement, advance payment schedules, or invoicing. Late payments may incur additional charges. UMANG ENTERPRISE reserves the right to suspend services in case of payment default.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on project status, materials used, and administrative deductions. Custom or printed items are non-refundable.
6. Delivery & Timelines
We strive to deliver services and products within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events. We are not liable for such delays.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, and designs on our website and printed material are the property of UMANG ENTERPRISE and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
UMANG ENTERPRISE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
9. Warranty & Support
Some products (like solar systems, batteries, and medical equipment) may come with a manufacturer warranty. UMANG ENTERPRISE provides support as per the scope defined in the service agreement or warranty card.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Assam, India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Guwahati courts.
